Cell Line Derived Models

To measure the efficacy of your novel therapeutic, Axis Bio has a range of validated tumour cell lines which can be implanted into immune-compromised mice or rats. Most of our in vivo xenograft models have been validated against standard-of-care agents.

Orthotopic implantation/ Metastasis

Axis Bio has developed a proprietary collection of luciferase-expressing cell lines (including breast, glioma, renal, hepatic, ovarian and pancreas) which can be utilised for orthotopic implantation and assessing metastatic spread using our biophotonic imaging system. If we do not have a luciferase-expressing version of your cell line, we have the capability to generate and characterise these.
